Family Fun Night
Twice a year Belle Plaine Lodge joins with Unity Lodge #273 in Clearwater for a family fun night. We begin with a carry in dinner, and then retire to the Lodge Hall for a friendly washer tournament.
This Spring, Unity Lodge hosted Belle Plaine. 32 people were in attendance. The food was excellent as always. Belle Plaine came out victorious in the washer tournament that followed.
The Fall fun night was held on Saturday October 13th. Belle Plaine hosted Unity Lodge #273. Dinner began at 6:00PM, and the washer tournament started at about 7:00PM. There were 21 people in attendance.
There were 9 teams, paired by drawing numbers, that participated in the washer tournament. You never know who will be your teammate until the draw. It may be one of the kids, or it may be someone who has never played. The tournament is double elimination. A traveling trophy goes to the winning Lodge. The trophy is currently at Belle Plaine Lodge.
